The Rockwell RM 65 Modules are a family of Eurocard sized boards that enabled building of a complete 6502 rack based computer system - the System 65.
The comprehensive range of boards included memory, CRT and Floppy Disk Controllers, PROM Programmer and many other interface boards.
The AIM 65 could be used as a development platform to produce applications for the System 65, alternatively the AIM 65 could itself be expanded by connecting to an RM 65 rack.
The System 65 seems to have been available from around 1980 but was dropped after 1984. Initially at least Modules where available in one of two formats either with DIN41612 plug and socket connections to the backplane or Edge Connectors. The Edge Connector versions appear to have been dropped by 1984 making these rarer, and in fact many of the later boards were only ever available in the Eurocard format. The same part numbers were used for both variants, an 'E' being added to the Eurocard variant.
